Now that I have been cooking for a while, I have really taken on my mom’s way of cooking. Meaning, recipes are just a suggestion, I throw in a little of this and a little of that. My friend Natasha and I love to make dinner together to try out new recipes, and honestly to have an excuse to finish off a few bottles of wine. We made a Creamy Lemon Langostino Pasta dish. Now that the holiday season has come to an end, it’s time to settle in because the cold is here to stay for a few months. This recipe has the warm comfort food feeling with all of the flavor you are looking for in the winter. Pasta, especially homemade pasta, is my favorite comfort food. HAPPY NATIONAL PASTA DAY!
I hope you all enjoy pasta as much as I do, if not you might be reading the wrong blog post. As it is National Pasta Day, a holiday I think we can all get on board with, I decided to make pasta from scratch. I am not an expert by any means, this is harder than it looks and it takes some time, not to mention, the mess! But, it is SO much fun to make your own pasta.
